About the Recipe
A fluffy, satisfying omelet filled with savory diced ham and creamy goat cheese, served with a side of buttery avocado. This breakfast offers a delicious blend of flavors, healthy fats, and protein—perfect for starting your day right.

Ingredients
3 large eggs
2 tablespoons diced cooked ham (no sugar added)
2 tablespoons goat cheese, crumbled (optional dairy)
1 tablespoon butter (grass-fed preferred)
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 small ripe avocado, sliced
Preparation
Prepare Eggs: Whisk eggs lightly in a bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cook Omelet: Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour eggs into the pan, gently swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook about 2 minutes until eggs begin to set around the edges.
Add Fillings: Sprinkle diced ham and crumbled goat cheese onto one half of the omelet. Cook another minute until eggs are set.
Cooking Tip: Cooking the omelet on low heat keeps eggs fluffy and prevents burning.
Fold & Serve: Carefully fold empty side of the omelet over fillings, gently slide onto a plate, and serve immediately with sliced avocado on the side.
Meat Lover’s Flavor Boost Options:
Chives or Scallions: Sprinkle chopped chives or scallions for freshness and mild onion flavor.
Hot Sauce (clean ingredients): Add a dash of sugar-free hot sauce to the omelet for gentle heat.
Bacon Bits: Add crispy bacon bits alongside diced ham for extra savory crunch.
Browned Butter Drizzle: Drizzle a teaspoon of browned butter over the omelet for extra depth and nuttiness.
