About the Recipe
A hearty, savory frittata packed with flavorful sausage, crispy bacon, and melty cheddar cheese. This easy-to-prepare breakfast is protein-rich, satisfying, and delicious.

Ingredients
3 large eggs
2 breakfast sausage links (clean ingredients, sugar-free), sliced or crumbled
2 slices bacon (sugar-free, uncured), cooked crisp and chopped
2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon butter (grass-fed preferred)
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Meats: In an oven-safe skillet, cook sausage slices or crumbles over medium heat until browned and fully cooked (3-4 minutes). Add cooked bacon pieces to skillet.
Prepare Eggs: Whisk eggs in a bowl, season lightly with salt and pepper, then pour over cooked sausage and bacon in skillet.
Add Cheese & Bake: Sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly over eggs. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until eggs are fully set and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cooking Tip: Check frittata by gently shaking pan; it should be firm without much wobble.
Serve: Carefully remove skillet from oven (use oven mitt!), allow to cool briefly, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Meat Lover’s Flavor Boost Options:
Green Onion: Sprinkle chopped green onion or chives over finished frittata for mild flavor.
Hot Sauce (sugar-free): Drizzle hot sauce over the frittata slices for a spicy kick.
Parmesan Crust (optional dairy): Sprinkle Parmesan cheese lightly over top before baking for crispy, savory crust.
Browned Butter: Drizzle browned butter over the cooked frittata for added richness and depth.
