Avocado Side:

  • ½ small ripe avocado, sliced or cubed

Preparation

  1. Sauté Mushrooms: Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes until tender and lightly browned. Season lightly with salt.
